GRANT OF LICENSE
Tenjin Workbench ("Licensor") hereby grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute this Software Development
Kit ("SDK") solely for the purpose of integrating your applications with the
Tenjin Workbench platform.
RESTRICTIONS
1. This SDK may only be used in conjunction with a valid Tenjin Workbench
platform license or subscription.
2. You may not use this SDK to create a competing product or service that
replicates the functionality of Tenjin Workbench.
3. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
on the SDK.
PLATFORM LICENSE REQUIRED
This SDK requires an active Tenjin Workbench platform license to function.
The SDK itself is provided at no charge, but access to Tenjin Workbench services
requires a separate commercial license.

OWNERSHIP
This SDK is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest
in and to the SDK, including all intellectual property rights.
NO WARRANTY
THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SDK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SDK.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES
FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
INABILITY TO USE THE SDK.
TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license
will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any
of its terms.
GOVERNING LAW
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
